Element Training is a dedicated time and space designed to encourage and support you to MOVE your body regularly, clear your mind and boost your mood.

As a team we have years (plenty of them!) of experience in coaching all levels of fitness. Each trainer brings something unique to the team and has her own creative way of putting client needs into a challenging, balanced and motivating session. We get that whether you are new to training or you’ve been doing it for a lifetime that a fresh perspective and dedicated support can make all the difference in keeping you focused and feeling good. That’s where we come in. As a team we are continually seeking new ways to inspire you. We love getting our heads around the latest information from a holistic health persepctive, finding fun, creative ways to move our bodies and challenging ourselves to elevate all aspects of our lives so we can pass back inspiring info, age old wisdom and personal and professional experience so that you too can feel the benefits of great health.
