With over 14 years experience training thousands of clients locally and interstate, Amy is well known for her commitment to guiding clients on their path toward physical, mental and emotional balance. Her strong yet fluid energy allows her to work closely with clients in order to understand their needs on a deeper level.
With a background in competitive sports spanning over 25 years, including surf boat racing and outrigging, and a personal love for intense and challenging training Amy knows first hand the dedication and determination it takes in order to function and perform at your peak. Now with 2 beautiful children she’s well versed in what it means to juggle children, family, work and training. It’s always a work in progress! Amy’s happy to pass on any insider tips to those that need a little guidance or support balancing movement, health and self care with the other loves and priorities in their lives.

Along with years of experience in the industry as a full time trainer, working for almost a decade within the Emazon tribe, Amy is a fully qualified Master Trainer MMIS with ongoing industry quals. Other qualifications include registration as an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Food Coach, Emotional Freedom Technique, Akashic Earth Healing Practitioner, Reiki and Chi Gong. Her personal interests and various studies include understanding the subconscious mind, creating emotional balance, meditation, gut health and the mind/emotion connection in struggles with food, body image and health.

Erin Whittaker - Holt
Erin brings with her a fun, strong and summery energy. She’s one of those beautiful people you really want to spend time with.
Erin is a strong advocate for correct technique and doing the ground work ensuring her clients create a solid base to build their strength and fitness from. Pilates techniques, core and mobility are key features in her well planned sessions. Erin has a knack for combining different forms of movement to create fun, unique sessions leaving her clients eager to come back for more. Establishing herself as the Smiling Assassin of the Trainer Team her signature ‘leg’ sessions are delivered with intensity and results in mind and a smile on her face.
A master trainer graduating from AIF, Erin feels she has found a passion that fits her personality. Her strong, light energy naturally lifts the moods of those around her. Erin is a gifted trainer with the ability to inspire those she trains into a motivated, healthy and balanced space. Ash is well known for her big heart and ability to connect with and understand her clients needs. Ash loves intense training styles such as CrossFit comps and heavy weights which she balances carefully with gentle movement and rest making her a popular choice for those that like to challenge themselves yet need reminding of the power of self care. Ash has a real natural ease about her that makes meeting her regularly for training that little bit easier for you too. Sheridan brings an earthy vibe to the Element tribe. She balances her love for outdoor fitness training, trekking and high intensity functional training with grounding Yoga, beach walks and swims with the family on our beautiful Coast beaches. Sheridan’s sessions are a mix of good functional outdoor movements that get the job done, well planned hard hitting boxing drills, and challenging and relaxing core, mat work and Yoga based movement and flexibility.
A keen advocate for living well through natural food and filling your day with the things you love most, Sheridan works well with clients that need to reconnect or continue on with mindful movement that balances the mind and body and lights your spirit.
