Start your day outdoors in the elements! This class combines all styles to increase fitness, functional strength & flexibility. Based around the magical Terrigal/ Wamberal area this bub & kid friendly class is designed to ensure your body gets the balance it needs.

PureStrength – Outdoor Weights @ 930am
A weights based class incorporating all elements of strength training. An element trainer will have you push, pull and lift weights to achieve full body conditioning, with a strong focus on teaching you the correct technique.

Relax
A beautiful blend of breathing, meditation, gentle stretch and relaxation techniques.
We get that life can be busy and stressful so we’ve created a class designed to help you relax, unwind, release and restore.
Relax is 45 minutes of dedicated self care time (because we know it’s not always easy to find!).

Gentle Stretch
Gentle Stretch sessions help restore balance to our well worked bodies.
We focus on 4-5 key stretches over the 45 minutes, taking the time to slow the body and the breath. Enjoy a change of pace (and the view!) as we slow things down holding each stretch for up to 3 minutes.
Finishing each Gentle Stretch Sessions with some energising breath work – this is a great way to release tension from the body and mind!

Wet Weather Venue
Yes we have a wet or wild weather venue! You’ll find us at the Girl Guide Hall on Hastings Rd, Terrigal (not the Scout Hall!).
Check the Element Training Facebook page for any changes to our regular locations for. You can also jump on our SMS notifications list by passing your number to your trainer at your next session.
Barefoot Beach Runs
Join us for a barefoot run along the beach. Start your day with sand between your toes and salt air in your lungs as you take in the magical views along the way. Runs are set somewhere along Terrigal Beach, Wamberal Beach and Spoon Bay. Whether you’re up for a long run or short – soft sand or hard, the choice is yours on the day.

WellBeing Walks
WellBeing Walks are a unique experience using movement, meditation, gentle stretch, breath work and relaxation techniques as a means to energise, balance and inspire you. We bring together mindful silence, stillness and movement as powerful gateways to wellness. Using the beautiful coastline along Wamberal & Terrigal Beach through to Spoon Bay our walks are gentle, restorative and breathtaking. Perfect for individuals, private and corporate groups.
